That disables adaptive cruise control but not lane keeping assist. Unless I'm mistaken here, lane keeping assist inside the Driver+ feature is always active once turned on. You can only disable it by diving into the menu. I hope I'm wrong here.

You can totally use "Hey Siri" to launch shortcuts. Try "Hey Siri. Lock doors." and the shortcut will run. I just tested it.
