I am not going to be much help, have only had my Defenders M/S2's installed for about 2 weeks. But the ride has improved night and day. Quieter. I have been running a Defender tire on every car I have had for nearly the last 20 years, and plan on continuing that.

Its still going to be honest... Service is unreliable. But the truck has been about 95% Reliable. So its been a mixed bag. 2 examples I can give is that I have a Dash/A-Pillar rattle. They can recreate, and have now "fixed" it 6 times.. It still rattles. I got my truck back from the SC on...
