Personally I've always thought the tax credit wasn't about driving adoption but rather to make the profit math easier for manufacturers to invest in all the capacity they need to make EVs. (Hence the per manufacturer cap). Manufacturers set prices high enough to capture nearly all of that...
Yeah to be fair that user agent is set by the application code not the OS. but usually application developers would read the OS to generate the string, not hard code it.
For a qnx Android app adapter layer does that give qnx control over theming? I'd imagine it would have to provide ui themes...
