I set mine to 70F and it has been fine. It was 27F yesterday and my R1S was comfortable. For me the steering wheel and seats get too hot so I set seats to 1 and usually turn off the steering wheel after 5 minutes. Sounds like your HVAC has an issue.
You mixed up two different measures of wealth. Yearly income vs. being a millionaire. Being a millionaire is kind of pedestrian now. If you own a house and have a 401k and are >30 years old, you probably are a millionaire, at least in this forum.
I use AP/FSD and Driver+ all the time on highways. I keep my hands on the wheel at all times for both. I find it very useful and the few times I couldn't use it over the last 5 years I was very annoyed and it felt very laborious to go back to the old way of driving.
It depends. All new software usually completely replaces the old software. That is the simplest and most reliable way to do a software update. However, they could just replace some of the images that changed and leave others untouched. To do that they would have to verify those untouched images...
I've seen multiple reports on reddit of people can calls for appointments, even those with no problem or tickets open. So they aren't necessarily prioritizing broken tonneaus first.
I charged and paid today in Delaware. Busy charger and everyone was having issues. Make sure you have a valid payment on file. Mine went perfectly but others had to switch cards or add a card. Special pain felt by those with loaner cars and no way to pay. Customer service queue was long too.
It does seem a little unstable. I had just the navigation "reset" on me during my first drive. I lost the road map on my left screen and center screen. And it put me in the media tab. I had to select my route again and then it all came back.
I am not sure. I charged there twice this week. It is really far from the mall. Right next to a bus stop. I figured walking to the mall and back would take longer than charging for 25 minutes. So I am not sure what the inside of the mall looks like.
It was one of the first with magic dock about 5 months ago. See all the youtuber videos about it. Suggest watching State of Charge. You use the Tesla app to use it.
Charged there today. Came in at 20% and after a few minutes it went up to 215kW. Held over 200kW for a long time. Charged to 70% and left. Took 25 minutes for an average of 158kW for the session.
