It's terrible, I agree. Things like gaslighting customers - "we replaced that part" or "your car is not in our lot!" is abjectly horrendous. Being so bad at scheduling that vehicles sit for a week is just embarrassing. Sure, you didn't know the schedule when it's 2 months out but don't accept...

Are you using the app to start your charge or paying by CC on the screen? I've been using EA for a while and over the past ~6 months I've found connecting to be flawless if I follow their requested procedure: 1 Plug in to the Rivian 2 Swipe "Initiate Session" in the app for the matching charger...
