Pretty sure this is the #1 driver for what happened for you here. It might have been nice if you had specified that up front. Until this post, that (very important) fact wasn't obvious. Once you have a guide assigned, anything is possible.

I see you are getting an Adventure even though you ordered in 2019. Were you perhaps originally a Max Pack or Explore configuration (hence no LE)? In Dallas, it was based on both pre-order date and general location - it seems like they prioritized LE pre-order holders, then rolled it out to others grouped by general location a few weeks later. Probably something similar in Houston. Get excited! The test drive was awesome!

Great info, thanks! Sounds like this will be a semi-permanent thing with First Mile drives in the Dallas area, which is way better than bringing a truck for a few weeks and then moving on.
