  17. Tonneau Dilema!! Do I accept a 'Locked' Power Cover?

    So you didn't get the "you have been changed to a manual cover" email? I told Rivian I wanted to hold for a PTC , guide said she marked my order as such an I still got switched to manual cover in the configurator with no interaction by me.

    Response from my guide on PTC whatever it actually means------ Hi Mike, I am so sorry. I just found out that we removed the Powered tonneau option completely from the R1T build. I believe you should have received an email with this change. Please let me know if you have not.

    I just got the same email. I have reached out to my guide to see what this means. When I talked to my guide on Monday I was told I could just hold off and wait for the PTC. I guess that has changed. Have sent guide a message this morning to see what is going on. no response yet.

  20. Power Tonneau still configured. Now what?

    Well even though I told my guide I was going to wait for PTC I went into my config this morning and it has been changed to a manual cover and my status shows ready for next steps. Trying to contact guide to find out what has happened.
