Plenty of folks take their Rivian's camping and use extension cords without issues. Personally I don't need any dongle or vehicle to load functions.

seems like great customer service. Vehicles have problems that is just a fact of life. How people respond to it is the challenge? Customers don't always have to be jerks and customer service doesn't always have to suck.

I use cruise control but always with a hand on the wheel and eyes up paying attention. This 'hands off read a book' stuff is just not safe in my opinion too many things can happen.

Maybe I am in the minority but I don't want this feature. If you don't want to pay attention while driving take an uber.
