Would Tesla even allow use of one of these? If Rivian and Tesla has heartache about 3rd party adapters, hard to see them being ok with an extension cord which I think might have more room for bad things to happen.
You can also join the Ram 2363 club for a winter set of tires. I've seen several post their wheels (some with tires) for sale.

It was debadged when I got PPF and I got it done by a pro. Even the pro broke one of the pieces so he breathed a HUGE sigh when I told him I didn't need the badges reapplied after the pieces. It sounded like it was a royal PIA to remove the pieces.
My S is debadged, have only this in the rear lower right and nothing else. Love the clean look. Stole picture from another forum member. Thanks to the poster who made them until Rivian asked him/her to stop.
Rivian executives seem to be a bit more approachable vice firewalled. My experience was I found an email address for Tony Caravano (the customer engagement/experience director) and emailed him for help. I would have been happy if someone on his team had responded but would not have been...
Unsolicited shoutout to @Mark_AZR1T and Jackpucks. One of the first purchases I made after I got my S. Quality is great and when there was a hiccup, they went above and beyond to make things right without being asked.
One other advantage with CostCo, you can order tires when there is a really good promo (like Memorial Day) and they will tolerate holding onto the tires until you are ready to install.
My 21" set seem to have decided they don't want to be replaced and thread depth has remained strong the...
Did similar path to yours earlier this summer (Central Illinois to DC through PA Pike). Also did a extended trip from Illinois to Quebec City and back. I learned to ONLY use the Rivian navigation to route to chargers that I planned.
As I had a Tesla membership, I manually planned with...
Hello, figure I could get a more balanced perspective. Looking to get another car for son to learn on and use. Our current vehicles make for very poor vehicles as learner/starter vehicle.
Any reason not to consider a used Model 3 besides some of the strong feelings against Mr. Musk? Would be...
As it's illegal (at least in my home state of Illinois), I'm not optimistic casting VDO will be allowed to run when vehicle is out of park. Probably a feature for folks who are stuck in vehicle while parking or waiting for other stuff.
This error means that A2Z hasn't "mated" with the tesla supercharger plug correctly. I used some dry lubricant to help break in the adapter. You may think it's locked or inserted correctly, but it is not. I had the same reaction the first time I tried it. The lock switch seems to need a...
You should at least loosen the bolt, as it's a tight fit between the wiper arm and blade. I actually had to grind a little bit off (1mm ish) off my 3rd party blade as the arm didn't have enough clearance to hook into the blade. Not sure I would have been able to pull the Rivian blade off arm...
There is an older post discussing this. I just replaced mine last week so fresh in my memory.

Ditto what he said. Did trip from Detroit through Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City and back. Zero navigation issues even on the rural backroads. The Rivian will automatically switch over to KM as soon as you cross over the border. LTE coverage was great to.
The Tesla superchargers worked great...
Have a 9xxx VIN R1S. The first couple of months, was an adventure. If you have followed the forums
To the OP, I guess you should be happy you leased vice purchased. I'll be first to admit the Rivian is NOT a polished product (yet), but for me the perks>>>issues and I knew what I was walking...
I have exact set up. I use the dolly to remove and move tires around in the garage. I found it easier to just use my legs when I'm remounting. Example here:

Same principle as the wheel dolly lifting idea but doing it with my legs is easier to control...
