Have same issue. Quick tap, long tap, near, far, any combination… at best I get a 50% success rate. Soon happens so it registered the press, just doesn’t do anything. . I’ve resorted to keeping a remote opener in the car. If it fails to work I tap the regular opener and it instantly works...
Phone only. I’ll probably leave a keycard in the vehicle as well for valets. My wallet sticks on my phone and is already maxed with DL and 2 CCs. The card has a diagram on it for the valets. I’m not worried about it. Or I’d just show them how to use it in about 15 seconds.
Sept21 R1S, no update. I’ll just be holding it until something else comes along.
iX isn’t doing it for me tho. Might replace the Range Rover with a battery version at this pace. Wife would prefer that as well im sure. I really just want it sooner so I get a better trade in price
This is one of my biggest concerns. They look comfortable tho. I’m coming from a RR HSE (not the fancy autobiography seats) but it’s still very comfortable to drive. I really want a comfortable ride much more than performance.
I don’t mean to be rude but this is a laughable position, imo.
Quality employees are harder to replace than customers, and these employees have put much more into the company than your deposit. Ya they get paid, but they also could go get another job elsewhere. I’m perfectly fine with letting...
Is that true? My Range Rover initially didn’t have it and then it got an update that added it a couple years later.
i use a wireless adapter for it, which is how all CarPlay should be. Wireless CarPlay is amazing.
I’ve had HUD a couple of times , in using my current car. During the day i forget it’s there because I can’t see it with polarized sunglasses on. It’s a novelty for sure , and definitely not a deal breaker for me.
I won’t have to pump gas when it’s freezing in winter. I have an L405 Range Rover and if this is 90% as smooth a ride (and it sounds like it’s a very smooth ride) the it will be a home run. I just want quiet, comfortable, and no gas station. Simple things.
Sorry if it’s been answered but I can’t read 21 pages on mobile that fast …. Just under 50k preorders and an estimate capacity of 150,000 vehicles/yr before ramping higher.
Does that suggest it would be near 150k in the near future? 50k preorders possibly completed in 6months?
It does both to an extent. I Set it to 74, and it manages the speed for me. Typically someone’s ahead of me anywys so even in slower zones I’m already within range.
However, every car I’ve had in the last 8 years with ACC had an option to turn off the radar feature and just use it as standard...
Seems like you just shouldn’t use cruise control in that situation? The whole point is to prevent an accident. If you want to travel closer to a car that’s moving slower than you want, turn off cruise control. You’ll be doing that either way as soon as you tap the brakes to avoid hitting the...
