    Looks like "RANTING" will start soon on this thread. just received the email from Rivian ;). my personal belief, RJ atleast sent open letter explaining "Why" rather than tweeting just two lines about delay. It gives more of personal accountability.

    We don't have to pay a penny to Illinois. I can assure you atleast for Illinois.? I personally bought my wife's cars in Chicago and drove it to our home and paid local sales tax per my zip code while registering at dmv. Couple of my friends did the same.

    The other day, I found cloud.rivian.com and was able to signin with rivian account and there was nothing. They might have just spun up the site with auth ( and SSO functionality too from rivian.com) for now. Curious to see what they have for it.

    R1S have city names while R1T has state names. I'm assuming it might be Lincoln, Nebraska

    I believe they are not doing the 180 and 135 battery packs anymore as they mentioned somewhere they are not going to need that size to achieve the 300 and 400 range. I could be wrong too
