I've also had mine installed for about 4 months. They work GREAT. Phone stays in place and charges fast (I have the apple pucks). Install was easy too.
@GA_Rivian :
If you liked that story, you'll LOVE this 1 hour story from NPR's This American Life. The entire story is about Toyota and quality and how Toyota engages team members differently - with respect in order to raise quality. I found it fascinating....

Seems like I'm seeing a LOT more Rivian vehicles on the roads near me - just in the last week.
Won't be surprised if they blow away the stated Q4 deliver numbers.
For what it's worth, I believe the EVSportsline Rock Sliders (not the running boards) require you to remove the outside panels underneath - their sliders essentially replace those panels.
My plan when I get mine is to just safe those panels in the event I ever want to sell my vehicle. There...
Hey @mikehmb , mind sharing what you did at Hollister SVRA? This whole world of off-roading is new to me and I may be down that way soon. What trails were you on? Reservation needed? Time commitment? Love to hear more if you're willing to share. TIA
Curious on this observation... I thought one of the "benefits" of the thicker stainless steel was that it didn't easily dent / ding (queue video of YouTubers jumping against CT sides).
Do you think that's not true? What do you speculate these dings / dents came from (size / impact force)...
Thanks for posting the video and instructions.
If we opt to NOT trim the panels (remove completely), any risk of dirt / water / debris getting up inside and somehow causing problems?
Thanks - R1S rock sliders on order
Pure speculation on my part here, but think it's possible, after the challenges with the last update Rivian decide to "slow" the rate of invitations for future updates (at least at the start). That way, if something does go wrong, fewer people are effected.
Made it through all 22 pages (as of now) and was able to catch a small bit of the "reveal" (?).
Was the entire event's lighting dimmed way down to near black, or just the small part I tuned into (customer deliveries). Sure made me suspicious the panels didn't look very good in the full light...
I'm thoroughly confused. What exactly is "Average Snow Handling Time"? The amount of time it took to get around the track? So faster (shorter bar) is better?
Must have just missed you. Drove from Seattle to Aberdeen then on to Olympic National Forest for 2 nights. Drove home today. Hit the RAN on way out and way back. Super pretty scenery.
