3 hour wait time ? I can remember when I used to be able to talk to someone at Rivian. Maybe a good sign that they have been selling more vehicles? ?

Rivian said in Oct ‘22 that I could pick up in Richmond Va 600mi round trip and get 3 weeks early. I asked if my delivery fee could be refunded and they said no so I told them just deliver in 3 weeks will be fine.

I use my truck as a primary work truck hauling my dump trailer and flatbed trailer with my bobcat loaded on it and have quite a few dents and scratches. Yes I agree with you the Aluminum does in fact dent very easily.

I took delivery in Oct’22 they offered for me to pickup 3 weeks earlier in Richmond Va Service center 3 hours away. I declined when they said they wouldn’t refund a delivery charge that was included with purchase price. ?

I bought a launch edition and paid before they decided to stop including the power cover with truck delivery, so its in a grey area on what the difference is between power and manual price since we paid for power.

We all have already paid for a cover when we bought our trucks right? I haven’t received a refund or a bed cover yet ?

Thats too little too late for me I had to sell my 21” Rims on Ebay and go with aftermarket 20” rims and Nitto Recons since I only got a disappointing 9k mi from my Pirelli tires from delivery. That only option was more lack luster Pirellis and was a no brainer to sell on ebay for 1200$, helped...
