yup, Rivian Authorized Repair Centers cost a bomb. At least in my invoice, they actually show what the markup is and what the actual service fees are. $1800 cost + $1000 markup - insurance paid for it all, thankfully.

I don't have auto mode turned on, ever. However, sometimes during the pre-conditioning schedule, the car turns on AUTO all by itself. I have no idea why. Once AUTO comes on, the vents open/close by themselves too.
