In addition I have the GFCI breaker and have not had any issues with it. I feel you have done your research and glad that your landlord is going along with it. They benefit now and after you leave.
I use the Grizzl-E also. Use the basic one and searched for the best deal on line. Very well made and has a bracket to mount on the wall. Would be a simple 2 hole patch to repair the wall after you leave. MT magazine rated it as the most cost effective one to purchase. Hope this helps.
I just rotated my 22" tires including putting the spare on the ground. Not the job for an old guy like me. Blessed I had a neighbor that saw what I was attempting to do and came to help. Well I helped him as he did the heavy work. Also please use caution with the lift pucks and jack. That is...
Pam is my guide, great response time. I have appreciated her help and now have had the truck for a year and still able to get in touch with her. Thanks Pam and Rivian!
Agree it is a total rip - NC still does it, but when you buy a vehicle you do not have to have it inspected until the following year when you get your new tags or tag sticker. So if you buy a piece of junk with bald tires and no brakes, still can drive it for a year before inspection is due. SC...
Nate, wow I am located in a small town and have met several here and even introduced another person to mine and he ended up buying one. At least 4 in just our small area outside of Asheville.
Hello, Bob from Brevard, NC. Not sure how this works, but hope it develops. Have an El Cap R1T w/22's. Had it almost a year and basically trouble free, even the tonneau cover works. (hope I didn't jinx myself)
Thanks for the info on the Greenville charger. Our DIL is visiting with their truck and I know she will be over that way. And we will be also in the future. Now we know to avoid C!
LOL, I felt the same way the first time I got to charge at one. Never felt that way when filling up at the gas station. Funny I used to live in Aiken, SC, and go to Augusta, GA, all of the time, where there is a bank of RANs there.
Hate to hear this, up in Brevard and have not tried the ones there. Had a great experience at RAN in Blowing Rock, NC. We do head to your area and would have been neat to charge up there. I just checked my app and it said 5 of 6 were available. Glad u got to talk to someone and make them aware...
Picking it up in Normal gives you the opportunity to tour the factory. I would have loved to do that, would be worth the fee just to tour the place. I have had Museum delivery of a Corvette before where the factory is right across the street and like everyone has said in this post, I paid the...
Being a retired LE I am waiting for the first disagreement, fight, shooting, or worse death due to an altercation at a Tesla supercharger involving a Tesla vs. other manufacturer driver. We all know how there are fewer fires per 100,000 of EVs vs anything else by a huge amount, but each EV fire...
I agree with your comments and would like to see what develops from this. I am not inclined to purchase these after viewing the teardown of their battery on the video above. I watched their how to install their batteries in a Rivian R1T and was impressed with it, until viewing above...
You did the right thing, kudos. What gets me about the photo is the charging cable to the 2 Tesla destination chargers are just laying on the grass. Another thing that can give us all a bad name, getting a free charge, but too lazy to put the charger back into the holder and the cables wrapped...
