I’m an early gen1 R1T without connect+..got the update fee days ago…its coming, make sure your connected to wifi at home when parked to speed up the process. On a brighter note…does anyone know what the bottom date refers to…guessing the R1 launch date!?

I had all the same warnings a week ago, truck bricked in parking lot and had to be towed…no smoke or drama though! No problems until 39,000 and just started having issues…3rd time its been in SC this month…ugh!

Yeah, like navigation… wonder how much LTE it will be per month and if you can add your car to some other carrier like Verizon (or whatever your current provider is) so you don’t have to juggle multiple carriers?

The biggest takeaway here is…DRIVER ABILITY. In all these videos, if the driver just used a little momentum and didn’t stop every place…cakewalk!

i especially don’t like being tied to a charger in the middle of the night on roadtrips in areas you’re unfamiliar with…wish the charge point had an eject function (I don’t think it will even go in drive/rev with it plugged in) so you are a sitting duck!

From vid, kinda looks like the throttle got stuck full open or (pressed) full open…that’s what 900+ ft/lbs of torque will do!
