I agree. When I made my R1S preorder back in May 21 I think I read there were c35k pre orders at the time. They produced 25k vehicles in 2022 and have now added an extra shift etc so how are people waiting for vehicles that have preordered year ago? Or am I just a dumb Brit who doesn't get it?

Thank you RJ. Saved me a trip to the Volvo dealer to look at an XC90 Recharge Extended Range. I still have some worries re Rivian’s long term as presumably they need money and the delivery timescales are not quick enough to deliver that income.

Oh well, in the absence of an email or any notion of when I’ll get my R1S I can take solace in the fact that I’m soon to be the proud owner of a nice new ‘Normal’ blue b/ball cap
