Do you air down with snow socks? I carry / use cables for the front wheels and it's much better to airdown for help with traction and a more comfy ride in snow and hardpack.

@LoneStar there is plenty of open area for camping in Johnson Valley you'll find a place no problem.

Yeah good point I would like to plug in a memory stick with my digital music library. My 2012 Chevy Volt has my entire music library to its internal hard drive from an MP3 Ipod Shuffle. Still works great!

If you're starting out from SoCal on a road trip at 100% head out in any direction except Mexico and you will find a RAN charger to make your first charging stop. At this time of development I think RAN is not focused on local use but making roadtrip connections.
