70k+ miles, 2.5 years, December '22 build. I've had no battery replacement, warning, call, or issues whatsoever. I think that the 12V battery issue was more prominent with '23 builds.
I'm on 12V battery #2 on my 2024.

Love your post and the details of how you have used your R1T. As a relative newbie to EV’s and an R1T (ā€˜22 R1T, 45k mi, bought used) it’s encouraging. Mine's an original Montana vehicle that must have been on a ranch with dirt roads as it’s taken me 2 months to clean all the dust out of crevices, LOL. Just out of service to replace rear fasteners and a driver’s assistance module, both under recall, plus an alignment. Hoping I can get 100k+ out of mine.

In just over 3 years, I just passed 100,000 mi!

They didn't have the specific trailer settings when I started, so I don't know exactly how many of those miles have been towing our horses, but it's at least 3,000.

We live at 6,000 ft elevation, and have taken it up skiing several times, so it his faced high altitude as well as cold and snow.

We live down a dirt road, and I have spent a lot of time helping people find off-grid properties, so this truck has actually been used as a truck.

So general thoughts....

I am amazed at how few issues this truck has had with this many miles. My efficiency has actually improved over the years, not decreased. When I have both horses behind me, I figure I'm around 7,500 or 8,000 lb. Could not even compare how much better this tows than my previous Sierra.

I could not be more impressed with the Rivian service team, both mobile and at the service center.

I have had to do a little bit of suspension work and brakes since I've had it, but that's about it.

I was not prepared for how quickly the tires would run out, but since switching to a Michelin tire that Discount Tire recommended, it has been much better. The Perellis barely got 20,000 mi, the Michelins I'm getting about 30,000 MI.

Interior has held up so well. Still looks the same as it did when I got it. Super impressed with the quality.

I have read so many of the complaints and negative reviews online, and I just don't see it. Other than the tires, literally do not have a single complaint about the truck. That's not true. Android auto would be nice.

I guess now the question just becomes how many miles can I expect to get out of the battery?

For having such high miles, so many of those towing, being at sub-freezing and even Sub-Zero temperatures, and a good deal of time off-road, I was not expecting it to be as good as it's been.

I don't know that I will be able to afford another one if this one dies, since it was so much less expensive at the pre-order, but I have loved everything about it!

I have just passed 100K myself and can concurr all of your experiences with the truck EXCEPT to the tires.
Im using KO2's and I'm only on my second set. The original set lasted about 60K and my current KO2's should last the same. Im also towing heavy stuff...mostly air conditioning units so towing is not what causes the quick wear of the tires
should check your motors. It may be that one of them is bad.

Interesting. I haven't heard of those tires. I rotate them frequently, so doubt it's the motor.

BF Goodridge KO2 are concidered one of the best all terain / off road tires that you can get.
In regards to the roatation ... it will not halp reducing your tires wear if you have a bad motor (assuming you have the quad motor Rivian). I have a friend who didnt feel any change and yet one of his motors was bad. It is the only logical explanation why some people experiance rapid tire wear.
