I don't care what department it is, it's a representative of the business, we can judge the business for those actions. If they don't like it they can change their policy.Again, it’s the HR department doing blanket enforcement for the most part. Employees were also barred from talking about specific range and charge rates. You saw some over broad interpretations of that (from HR) with some employees deleting posts from their insta and otherwise.
