My Guide is trying to find me actual specs on roof rail/load bar configuration and distances between mount points for R1S and R1T. Is this still possible(load point all the way in rear behind C pillar) or did they remove the rear load bar position and we're just stuck with two spots - front and mid body like pictured with the tent (rear of A and B pillars)?
TIA,
Dzm

Looks like there are still 3 mounting points from the R1S page on the website.

Thanks...now just need measurements between for both. I haven't locked it down to R1S purchase yet, so comparing utility.

And found this, googling around(found where you got info but it's not authoritative other than "someone said" from what I could find but good none the less):

Has anybody seen or know how the crossbar portals are integrated into the frame. Are the ports themselves removable? Are they bolted in from the top? Do they incorporate a stud secured by a nut, that is covered up/not visible? The reason I ask is, I would like to be able to mount a roof rack, that would need to be bolted down some how. I’m assuming there is no way to utilize the current portal and clamp setup. Damn, I wish there was. Help me out Rivian. Most other true adventure type vehicles have provisions for the addition of a roof rack.

Yeah, yeah. I know I keep bringing this up in this forum, but, damn, gotta some answers. I have asked Rivian, via email/text, about the roof rack issue, but can’t seem to get an answer. I guess I’ll just keep throwing it out there until sumpin’ comes up. Thanks.
