Hey everyone!
Long time lurker who was reluctant to create an account until now.
My 8 step process (skip if you are here just for pics and delivery experience)
Going through the 8 steps, I ran into problems with insurance and taxes. There's a glitch on Nationwide side where they had dinged me for a not at fault accident (a bug they didn't know that they had) and took a day to resolve. I had to call and verify with LexisNexis that it was correctly categorized in their system and my policy had to be manually underwritten. With taxes, I found the overall calculation to be wrong and had to go through my guide to get that corrected twice.
1) They were charging RTA and also had an unaccounted 90 dollar charge. I was able to get the RTA removed by pointing to the WA DOL document where medium electric trucks over 6k lbs is exempt.
2) After removing RTA and the unexplained $90 in taxes I realized they were undercharging local taxes which was another correction.
Delivery
I picked up the R1T up at the Bellevue Service Center and I'm glad I brought along friends who helped me look out for minor issues!
During the delivery window, we found scratches, scuffs, and missing trim pieces.
One of the trim pieces for the interior door handles was missing.
The trim piece by the drivers side mirror is scuffed.
The software thinks the truck is El Cap Granite...when its really Rivian Blue.
Drivers side weatherstripping is smushed. I actually put the ticket in to get this repaired this morning.
There are scratches on the paint of the gear tunnel.
Scuff on rear bumpers (no pictures yet), and I'm sure there will be more little things that aren't perfect.
The Rivian employees there took pictures of all of these and documented it all. Not sure when these issues will be fixed/addresses but they are a least expediting the trim piece for the door handle!
Bringing it home
The R1T barely fit in the garage and I agree with the other posters. When reversing, there needs to be more fine control...I thought I was going to smack into the wall.
I had test driven the R1T at the LA event before I moved up here to Seattle. It was way better than the test drive experience and the cabin was extremely quiet at highway speeds. Even with all the hype...I feel that it is underhyped ?. I thought it was just going to be yet another vehicle but I had an absolute blast!

EDIT:
Navigation
Haven't figured out how to add multiple destinations while using the navigation like you can do with Google Maps...and the map is incorrect for my current address so it can't be found
Wireless charger is finicky so it was charging and then disconnecting every 5 min or so, I haven't tested this out fully so I have not reported this issue.

TLDRs in bold
More eyes help to spot more problems.
After bringing my vehicle to work today I encountered new and interesting problems!
This morning my manager found a piece of broken black plastic in the ledge behind the rear seats and we have no idea where that came from.
Carry your NFC card keys even if you have your phone and carabiner key!
I ended up calling Rivian Support through the SOS button this evening...
After giving a last ride to my coworkers, my R1T decided to not recognize my phone or carabiner key fob anymore and indicated that I would need a key to be able to go into drive. Unluckily I was right smack dab in a lane of the parking garage as I was just letting everyone out of the vehicle.
During the 3 or so minutes out of the truck, I opened and closed the frunk, gear tunnel doors, tailgate, and tonneau cover. What was weird was going back into the truck, the tonneau cover indicated that it wasn't closed all the way so I used the center console to finish closing it. Resetting bluetooth on my phone, exiting, locking, and unlocking the vehicle did not work.
Speaking to the SOS rep, the roadside logs were indicating that I had been in a crash?? (I wasn't), and they were not much help, as the service they could provide were towing and unlocking.
Luckily I found the 24/7 number of Rivian service support advisor under the "Get something fixed" section of the Rivian app, and in the meantime, my friend went to fetch my NFC card keys from the house. The debugging steps the Rivian service advisor and I went through were the same, bluetooth on/off to try to get the phone reconnected to the car (it failed). To get the truck to completely turn off, you have to be more than 40 feet away from the vehicle and turn off the hazards so that the truck can go to sleep (which can take up to 30 min). Luckily my friend came back with the NFC cards not long after I turned off the hazards and I was able to put it in drive and go home.
I sent the service support advisor the pictures of the broken piece of plastic, told her about the incorrect street names on maps, wireless charging frequent disconnects (once every few minutes), how the carabiner key does not unlock truck from a distance consistently, and reported how inconsistent the proximity open/close is for my truck. They are going to be combing through the vehicle logs to see what's going on and what the service plan will be.

Scuffs, paint chips, minor panel misalignments
Today I decided to finally inspect the roof of the cab and immediately after climbing up on the gear tunnel door, I spotted the following...
Additionally found some more spots inside the drivers door frame and by the rear passenger side window. For the rear passenger side window, I am not sure if that is just residual glue or actual scratches.
I also found minor misalignments for the frunk lid and front doors. Not as bad as others that have posted on the forums, and I'm not sure what the baseline is.
And finally the black plastic on mirror caps has swirly marks and scratches. Not really visible during low light but visible under direct lighting/full sunlight.
