warranty claims with aftermarket wheels

Hey folks,

I am considering the 20 inch aftermarket wheels from Atomic Wheels - AW10. I noticed slight differences in the offset although most reviews seem positive regarding the wheels. Has any Rivian customer ever had a warranty claim denied because of minor differences such as the AW10 +40 mm offset?

Unheard of. Unless damage is deemed to be caused by the aftermarket wheels, you shouldn’t get any pushback from SC. And difference of 8mm isn’t enough to cause problems.

I have had the Atomic Wheels on my R1S for 2 years now and never had a single issue with service. Just had my entire suspension system go out to the tune of a $12k repair and Rivian didnt even question the wheels.
