Are those running boards or sliders? Is there a time frame for production? They look real nice!
Sliders, but we haven't extensively tested them. I think they will be fine for mild sliding. The underbody on R2 isn't as hardy as R1 either.

GOAT doesn't like putting product out that's not ready. R2 sliders will be shipping with appearance panels because of what gets exposed after pulling the stock ones off. We haven't gotten to those yet.

Based on what we're seeing with these rail sliders so far, likely won't be releasing full width steps also. But these have still been functional enough as steps.

R2, being unibody, are the mounting points on the chassis not as stout as R1?

That picture reminds me of one I took.

I got a flat tire at previous employer, didn't take me much time to put on the spare.

How wide are they for steps? Do you have a picture with door open and foot on slider? Appreciate one!

Looking good! Do you know what brand/model TPMS it is? Is it BLE-A001 or?
I'd also like to know. The Rivian R2 FCC filing indicates TPMS BLE Sysgration BSI-1505. I don't know who manufactures them or if there are any alternatives.

Key Differences
    • Autel BLE-A001: Pre-coded specifically for Tesla OE receiver IDs and select vehicle profiles supported by Autel diagnostic tablets.
    • Sysgration BSI-1505 / Retrofit Systems: Expects specific Sysgration sensor IDs (typically 5-character formatting) paired natively with their proprietary mobile applications or hardware displays
FCC info: https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=Y&application_id=vV8rigEM7J0vAZ5CtgEEKA==&fcc_id=HQXBSI1505

I do have a new set of sensors I can put in the wheels, but I am not sure when I will get around to doing it, so I'm not entirely sure it'll even fix this issue, but I'll definitely report back. R2 uses BLE sensors instead of the old 433 Mhz style ones. I've never had a car with these before.
Please update us if you ever figure out the issue! Whether it's a software glitch or some hardware issue.

These are Method MR707 wheels, 18x8.5 with a +38mm offset. Tires are Pirelli Scorpion XTM AT 275/70/R18 116S M+S 3PMS
Thanks for the fit confirmation. Do you have any rubbing with the 275/70r18s?
