Those of you with Forest Green R1's

I'm trying to make up my mind on color for my upcoming R2. Kinda drawn to Forest Green, partly out of nostalgia for my folks' 1972 green Monte Carlo with matching green velour

For those who've had a Forest Green R1S/T for some time, how's it been to live with? Still like it? Pros/cons? Pics?

No regrets. The color still looks great even though I only wash it once a month tops.

Had a forest green R1 for two years. Loved the color. Would not hesitate to get it again on the R2.

Can get very dark (almost black) in the shade and then lighten up to a nice emerald in direct sunlight. Overcast weather makes it look outstanding. It was one of those colors that I always wanted to keep photographing in different environments.

Probably one of the best colors that Rivian ever made, can argue for number 2. We all know Red Canyon is #1, but I digress. You won't regret it if its calling you.

The official best Rivian colors - and no this is not opinion it is an objective fact - are:
1) Compass Yellow
2) Dune
3) Borealis /Forest Green / Canyon Red (tied)
4) Catalina / Rivian Blue
5) All other shades of gray

So you are on solid ground choosing one of the two best available colors.

I've had a forest green R1T for 4 years. Still love the color.

It's the best option available for the R2, but we just can't have an R1 and an R2 in the same color.

I’ve had it my R1T for 5 days and had black car and a red card previously. No regrets for Forest Green - the paint is high quality and gorgeous.

Love the forest green .... over a year old. Lots of people comment they love the color. We live in a national forest, so it blends in well.

It's the best color. I had originally configured a Compass Yellow but I stand by my choice. It looks great in so many settings.

I have a 2023 Quad R1S and I absolutely love my Forest Green. No matter how bright and sunny or how wet and cloudy a day can be, the color always makes me smile inside every time I approach the car. I paired it with the white interior and I feel it's the best combo available in the Rivian lineup. I'm also looking to get an R2 and Forest Green is still at the top of my list. Just one thing, I'm surprised by how much I also like this new Catalina Cove. Blue has always been my favorite color. But this Catalina Blue has some green in it. So I'm heavily considering it for the R2. Nonetheless Forest Green is still top dog overall in my book. Get it and you won't regret it!
