Looks like 4-8 weeks for any configuration except Esker Silver, which says 8-12 weeks. You should have perfect timing it seems!

Just got the email to start the purchasing process, LFG!!! VIN number 1330, says its going through final checks... Nearest SC delivery point is in SC about an hour from home, that's way better than my R1T, I picked one of the very last Gen1 R1T and had to fly to Minneapolis, and drive it home to Charlotte, NC, they wouldn't transfer it, since it was one of the last few in inventory.

Yep, had my 1st service there on my R1T, needed to have the tonneau cover installed, didn't come with the truck when I first bought it but was in the price. Nice to have a SC in CLT now though, wish they did deliveries there, about 10 minutes from the house..

Congrats man! I got the invite two days ago, but had to leave town for a week. Wanted to do test drive and see a couple colors in person before proceeding, but closest demo center is 3+ hours away, either near Charleston, SC or Raliegh. Either way it's a haul for a 15 minute drive. I live in Ballantyne area. When you pick yours up, if you wouldn't mind letting a fellow Rivian owner (have had two Gen1 R1Ts) come by and see it in person, that'd save me a long drive for 15 min demo. What color did you order?

FWIW I ordered a few months ago and just got this email. Maybe it’s just generic and everyone got one, but a few weeks seems very soon for an April 2026 order. Did not want launch edition either.

Everyone got those. I signed up in April too. Glad to know I'll have an idea soon. But I recently got an email from Rivian telling me I had good taste in the Launch Ediction I had favorited in the configurator. And I also confirmed that I am definitely interested in the Launch Edition. So I suspect if they know you want one, you'll get an invite in time. I would be happy to not take delivery until the end of the year, but won't wait if I get the invite.

Did not receive delivery timeline when I ordered yesterday but when I asked Rivian they said my VIN is at IL factory and is scheduled to arrive at Malvern PA service center the first week of July. Gave me delivery est of 7/5 - 7/11. lets go!

I’m in western PA (a few minutes from our new SC) and I ordered on 6/9 but haven’t heard anything about payment or delivery yet. Hopefully soon since my R1 lease is up on 7/12.

noticed that the other 2 who updated the order list with VINs today (3 including myself) were all Half Moon Gray orders. Must be the current color production run
