It sounds like you donāt have Xnorās new angle based steering upgrade. That is what I am interested in.
If it is lane hugging on straight roads, you may have to adjust the camera offset a wee bit. I had to do this as my truck wanted to favor the center line a bit too much. This can be done on...
š¤·š¼ waiting for some reviews. Where are they? Iām considering this upgrade, but concerned that it is really worth the bucks. Iām pretty happy with my Comma 4, as is, with AP-staging and North Nevada Model V2.
I just love my ā23 R1T QM Adventure series. I now have about 33,000 miles on it - off road, on road, in the snow, everywhere. Itās still THE most capable and enjoyable vehicle I have ever owned, and Iāve had a bunch. After all this time, thereās nothing I enjoy more than a good drive, any drive...
Thanks, Gerry. But, I think Iāll just wait. Honestly, I love my Comma and it seems to work pretty well for my needs, but always room for improvement.
Not concerned about restoring the individual settings in Sunnylink. What I was talking about was the process for replacing ap-staging with ap-stg. I assume this needs to be done on the Comma 4 device.
Oh, no. I have been running ap-staging for awhile. Now, I have to, again, go through the whole configuration process on that minuscule Comma 4 display? Not looking forward to that. Heck, I canāt even remember how I did it the first time. I assume the new version of ap-staging is called ap-stg...
I recently installed a Vion sun roof shade on my R1T. Super easy to install or remove. Iāve had it about a month and I can tell you, it definitely keeps the truck significantly cooler. Having said that, all bets are off if the sun is shining directly into the windshield. The trick is, if...
Thanks. Iāve seen the model wiki you are referring to. Some of the models that seem to get good ratings, I found to be pretty sketchy. I guess a lot depends on the individual vehicles.
Well, gotta say, Iām a little disappointed that Iām not seeing any glowing reports on the Lukas angle based steering mod. Some seem even less than positive. I was really looking forward to this mod. I donāt really care if I have to step in to make intersection right/left hand turns. All I want...
FWIW, hereās an update on my Bridgestone Dueler Ascents A/T LT275/65-20. I now have about 5400 miles on them. This screen shot only covers the last 4000 miles. I am still very happy with these tires. Minimal road noise and excellent efficiency at 2.34 m/kWh, and slowly climbing as we head into...
Donāt have the angle based steering mod, yet. But, I am running Adventure Pilot and after trying a bunch of different models, I keep going back to the North Nevada V2. It works really well, seems to handle corners better than most, and is amazing on unmarked, less than perfect roads.
