Overall, this is a great kit, that makes installing a sub significantly easier than having to custom build an enclosure and source the cables. Instructional videos were very helpful, especially pointing out clip locations (those two under the seat belt anchors are a pain).

It’s the tire rack wall mount, I have 3 of them so far. It will fit 4 Rivian tires, but I’m using one tire as the spare. If you are mounting it high definitely recommend a hoist — these things are heavy.
