    In Europe, petrol and diesel prices regularly hover between $7-8 per gallon. Coincidentally, their BEV adoption rate is almost double ours. Point being, if we cut the massive subsidies for the oil and gas industry, people will switch to EV's alarmingly fast.

    The letter stated they would be sending out emails so I waited about a month. The email isnt "lost", they openly admit they never sent it.

When I call, I get a brand new customer service person that has no idea who I am, each time I explain my situation and provide them with my contact information, they say they cant find ANYTHING in their system that I have called or emailed about this...

    They are saying because my emails start with info, I wouldnt have received the emails. I have chat window screenshots showing my story is true, I have emails I've sent that I can provide as proof, I can even probably dig up phone records. They wont even let me show them this stuff.

    Yep, they got those right. Just no other subsequent emails of any kind. They even admitted that they have an issue with email addresses with "info" in the address. They admit they didnt contact me. Just wont reinstate under any circumstances.
