I do have to wonder if part of the consideration here is that they were able to get rid of the shark-fin antenna.

My stock tires want to rip the fender flares off at times. Can't imagine 35s would somehow do this less.

Is your key close to the vehicle? It will still operate while the truck is locked if so. I'd also make sure the truck is registering it as closed.

A configuration isn't a sale. You're not talking about napkins here, cars are expensive. It was a pretty common theme to hear people buying an R1 say it was their first new car and the most money they have ever spent on a vehicle. Will still be true for a lot of R2 buyers

It was raining for most of my R2 test drive. I do know that my GMC struggles a little less than my Rivians if it's an exceptionally hot day here and I get into a non-preconditioned vehicle. I think the Rivians might have gotten worse over time here because of the complaints about noise. But...

I got quoted from their recommended repairer on my R1S damage, it was still over 10 grand for what seems like it should be a fairly straightforward repair. A big part of the labor is disabling the HV system so they are comfortable putting it in their paint booth.

R1 roofs are all UV filtering too. UV is what burns skin, IR is what feels hot. They aren't blocking nearly as much of the IR as they are the UV.

Yeah I'm surprised there's not an overlap here from the people who are worried about the rear doors not working after an accident. what if you get into an accident and your radio doesn't work, and you can't hear the weather forecast about the flash floods that just started??

240+ hours is still an amount of hours. I'd expect The Count to understand.

I would have liked to see an aux jack in of some sort. Maybe they have plans to offer something that works with that usb-c port in the glovebox though. Could be a good use of it.
