I also routinely add abut 50 miles every 24 hours on a 120V outlet—even in low winter temperatures. If the battery is very cold the first hour or two of charging may show no gain (or even a slight loss of charge), as power is used to warm the battery. Just be patient.

My R1T has been through two winters in NH, always parked outside, and I only use 110V to charge. I typically add 2 miles/hr, even in the very cold depths of winter. The key is to plug in when the battery is still warm from driving; otherwise it can take 3 hours or so before the battery warms...
I purchased a Rivian wall charger when I bought my car in Jan 2023, but had difficulty getting an electrician to install it in mid-winter. With my R1T parked outside at temperatures dropping to -20˚F overnight during my first few days of ownership I was concerned that the 110V portable charger...
My experience seemed identical: I received my ready-to-ship email 8/30, and my Order History shows "Purchased on September 9" with 3-7 days shipping. But then I noticed the words "Shipment pending" lurking next to the NACS adapter image.
Oh so close, yet that cigar remains elusive.
As others have noted, 12% far exceeds the losses that owners have reported. My R1T is always outside, and mostly parked unplugged. I drive infrequently, often leaving the truck parked for 4-5 days. Daily loss this summer has been ~ 1.25%. When temperatures remain well below 0˚F for extended...

I just want to send a shout out to your young helper. I just loved his timely updates, recommendations, AND his enthusiastic support for dad. He was so happy FOR YOU when the stump moved! It was great that you were able to remove the stump, but more than anything else it was such a moving...
Running the motors hot is a way to generate heat (in the absence of a heat pump) that can be used to warm the batteries quickly, making them charge more efficiently. See this thread for some detailed discussion: https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/yikes-overheating-motors.20633/
I also see no evidence of preconditioning with the charger plugged in but not charging. My R1T has been parked outside in cold temperatures (21-30˚F) for the past 24 hours. The battery temperature is currently 29˚F.
EDIT: just to be clear, I do mean that the charger was plugged in during that...
I just installed 2023.42.1. It took about 70 minutes, and all looked fine initially. Then I noticed some "ghosting" of the left-most icon on the center display (like a second, slightly offset image of a different icon), and the navigation selections had very long delays. After a hard reset...
Others have reported successfully pairing their phone with two Rivian Wall Chargers in different locations. e.g., https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/need-to-add-a-second-wall-charger-to-app.19052/post-397253
This month a Rivian mobile tech delivered a spare wheel to my home. I noticed his front tires (20" ATs) were very new, while his rears looked fairly worn (though the wear was even). He explained that the service center had just replaced the fronts, after 46,000 miles in one year, while the...
My order for a 20" AT spare wheel and tire assembly was invoiced at the confusing price of $883 (posted earlier in this thread), but I signed and accepted the invoice. Last night I received a new invoice, showing $1200! I called for an explanation and after a brief delay I received another...
I hope it wasn't an error! I called to place my order yesterday and was told that once the order was submitted I would shortly get an invoice to approve electronically. I did not mention pre-March pricing while placing the order, because I presumed from the thread here that it wasn't going to...
