I also had the same issue with the rubbing sound a couple of months ago. When I brought it to the service center they said its due to a piece of foam at the bottom of the steering column. They just heated it up and pushed it back, and it fixed it.
My wife took the truck to work and to pick up the in-laws from the airport. Key card and Rivian support remote unlock would not work and left them stranded.
I'm going to be hearing about this for a long time.
I have the same issue. It seems to be a problem with charging networks. If there is a charger that is needed on the fastest route but the navigation doesn't recognize it or the netowrk, the navigation basically gives up. For example a non-networked charger at a dealership.
I have a ticket open...
That is what I am afraid of. According to ABRP I can either detour 45 mins east to Eric, Oklahoma or limit my speed to 65mph with a 2.0 efficiency. Problem is my wife is very impatient and going 65 in the middle of nowhere will not go well for me.
Has anyone done the drive from Denver to Houston? We are looking at driving for Thanksgiving with staying in Wichita Falls on the way down and Amarillo on the way back. Looking at ABRP its a couple of long stretches with no options if EA is not working or efficiency is less than expected.
I'm in the 9900's with no issues. The tonneau cover has not given me a lot of confidence but after joining the lube party it helped. I have also heard from the service center about a new tonneau design so I'm confident if it breaks it will be replaced with a better one.
It has been fun being on...
I am in the late 9900's and it's still working, granted I have been trying to minimize its use. It did start making some grinding sounds but after I joined the lube party that seemed to help.
This is the exact setup I have. I was able to adjust the garage door so it seals when it closes but doesn't put a lot of pressure on the cable. Haven't had any issues yet.
I submitted one this morning after getting screenshots showing the drop. Hopefully they can pull the logs to see what is going on. I will update the thread once I get some more info.
