I just got off a call with the Boise Service Center. They mentioned they don't have a Rivian certified collision repair center quite yet here in Idaho. However, they have been sending their loaner fleet and referring clients to McDowells Specialty Repairs for Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and other types of collision repairs with good success.
