Credit where credit is due
A week ago I got my R1S and the delivery didn't go very smoothly. There were a couple of issues that should have been noted and fixed before the delivery date and the overall delivery experience wasn't exciting for a vehicle this type. My response to their post-delivery survey reflected my sentiment.
Today is a new day. My R1S was serviced and the issue was resolved timely but more importantly - at least for me - everything was done right, from the check-in, to the loaner car, to the call to let me know my truck was ready, to the answers to the questions I raised when I dropped off the car, to returning the vehicle washed. Kudos to the entire Vegas' Team...and special thanks to Bryce and Antonio for taking care of my request.
Things break and things can go wrong whether you buy a cheap car or the most expensive car on the market or everything in between. Knowing that there's a team ready to fix things makes me feel more comfortable and confident about owning a Rivian.
