when we were picking up our new r1s a few weeks ago at the CO Springs SC, our guide said they are very actively looking in to getting a SC open in NM and are very aware of the loophole (Private Reservation Land) to the laws prohibiting direct sales that currently prevent manufacturers like RIvian and Tesla from opening dealerships in certain parts of NM (which is why Tesla is located on Reservation Land in Bernalillo). He mentioned the CO Springs SC is slammed already and they anticipate a lot more volume with the R2 launch.
