Just want to shout to one of the best techs out there, just happens to be a mobile tech.
Had an alignment issue where the hood wouldn't close after windshield replacement was done (at the service center), took Juan 5 minutes to fix it. The service center (Edison) refused to even acknowledge it was an issue, so i had to get onto Rivian service over the phone, and had to basically be firm about wanting only mobile tech support to get the issue fixed. plus he rotated my tires as well.
Last time he helped fixed the hood which was not closing properly (almost a year back), in addition to the fixing the window which would not roll up properly - both of these were mentioned at Trenton service center and they did not address that properly.
Juan Valdez - always goes over and above, and gets things done correctly, and on time.

Anyways, just wanted to say thank you to Juan for what could have been an expensive endeavor (travel to service center/ drop the car off/ pay for rental/ etc etc).
