Anyone changed their configuration?

Has anyone changed their configuration? How difficult/fast was the process? Have you received a new delivery window after doing so?

I have an early order LE R1T that I am looking to change to a LE R1S after attending the First Drive event at the end of last year. Have reached out a few times and haven't had much success reaching my Guide in order to do so. Reached out to Customer Engagement and received an email back but not much info in regards to what it does to delivery window and process.

Just curious if anyone else has had any success doing something similar.

I switched from LE R1T to LE R1S a couple weeks ago.

I talked to Rivian about it and my understanding is the initial windows were just computer produced estimates based on area and order date, nothing more.

As they actually produce batches of cars they'll choose how many they want to send to each region and go down the list in order of cars with options/locations that match.

When you switch from an R1T to an R1S your position on the overall list doesn't move. So if you were #2201 you're still #2201. As they produce cars they'll always start from 1 and choose the first preorders that match location/model/options.

Not yet. I was told I'd get an email at some point but the "delivery windows" aren't worth much anyway so I'm not sweating it.

But they confirmed I was in the same place in line after switching and all looked good for my preorder.
