Avoid Francis Energy charger in Elephant Butte (Truth or Consequences), NM. Chargers are up, but will not start charge (Communication Error). I tried both chargers, same problem. Called support, no help. He said maybe I should not open and/or close the doors while starting a charge and to make sure the vehicle was not running. The tech could not (probably the case here given the instructions given) or would not reboot the chargers. Came in with 8%. Had to overnight at an RV Park (I was pulling a trailer).

Hopefully in addition to posting here you left the feedback on PlugShare. Lots of folks will scope out their charging stops on there before a road trip in unfamiliar environs.

There's a supercharger in T or C. Charged my Tesla there a long while ago but my guess is that it's not V3+ ... ?

Sorry to hear that. I used that charger about 6 months ago and got good results.
