Bought this wristband thinking I could remove the permanent marker numbers that were written on it, but it wouldn't come off completely. Not even sure what they are, but "1627" might be the last four digits of the VIN it was previously paired to.

I tried dish soap, simple green, then nail polish remover. It isn't coming off. This is going to be a function over form situation. For running, hiking, surfing, this key will work great.
