Live View cameras on GearGuard not working since Halloween updates

Gen2 R1T that I updated with the first Halloween update, and things worked for me. Then it got pulled, and a new updated pushed, so I installed that and lots of stuff broke, plus costumes did not work. I called support yesterday adn they said .32 would fix everything...it has not. Costumes are back, but other items still broke. One that bothers me is I am unable to live view on cameras via GearGuard anymore. Anyone else have this issue since Halloween updates? I am seeing lots of synch issues between the app and the truck after these updates. I have tried a deep sleep, and I have hard and soft reset the truck a few times over the past several days and nothing fixes these glitches. Anyone have similar issues, and hopefully has found a fix?

I am. At this point, I wish I wasn't. I'd have rather missed the Halloween "fun" at this point. Everything was working great on all systems prior to the costumes updates.

Yeah but, to be fair, the Halloween shenanigans aren't limited to Connect+ so you would have gotten hit anyway.

Try a software restart and, if that doesn't work, a vehicle restart.

Eventually, yes. It looks like most subscribers got the "advantage" of being first in line on these updates. Many non-subscribers in the forums were commenting on not getting updates, but they dodged a bullet on these updates. Resets tried a few times and did not help. I'm gonna try something else and see what happens.

RESOLVED!

I had to go back in to the phone app--again--and delete all keys from both drivers--again, both card keys and phone keys, then authorize the card keys and add my phone back in as a key and now all is well again the Rivian world. What was bizarre, is after update .32, when I was deleting the keys from my phone I was sitting in my truck looking at the keys page, and when I deleted the card key assigned to me, it deleted the one assigned to my wife in the truck. That key was then "Unauthorized" but still showed next to my name in the phone app. When I reauthorized the key, it popped back up in the truck as assigned to me. The same with my wife's iPhone as a key...I deleted it int he app, and it disappeared from next to my name in the truck. So somewhere in the updated, my PaaK's and my card keys got scrambled in the truck. Once all deleted and added back, my phone can now communicate clearly with the truck and all systems are functioning...
