Looking to see if this is just us or other people seeing the same. All the statistics on our car seem to be locked to 273 miles of range in AT mode

- Energy display displays 273 at full charge and has never changed, even after resets
- charging to 100% - shows 273 range at 97% SOC and then charges for another hour to 100% without range going above 273

I see a lot of people posting screenshots where these numbers actually show capacity etc and our car just doesn't do that, have done reboots etc.

Definitely something wrong there. I would contact Rivian and explain what you are seeing. Hopefully it is just an infotainment issue and nothing more.

Have you reset the history (I think thats what the button says)?

If you go to the Energy app, you can click on the button in the left side that shows range estimates per drive mode for current energy state and full charge state and right below that is a reset button to let the truck recalculate range based on your driving.

I just got different tires and reset mine when I drove out of the shop to see if there is any difference in the estimate.

What you described is exactly my case. I didn’t ask Rivian before. Glad you are doing it.
