Processing error at electrify America fast charging stations in Leavenworth

Hello - I tried to charge my one month old R1S at the fast charging stations in Leavenworth (at the Safeway) and three different stations have me a processing error. The car appears to connect to the pump and the failure occurs when I try to pay. I tried multiple credit cards (amex,, visa debit etc) - and the error didn’t seem to be related to the card. I attached a photo. It was very frustrating so wondering if anyone else has experienced. I tried contacting Electrify America but no response.

I haven't seen that particular error however, the on time I called them (my first to DCFC) they were super nice on the phone and since I had a CC on file, were able to authorize the payment remotely once I told them the specific charger I was at.

Thank you good to know. I just created an account for next time. Thankfully I wasn’t in a bind but imagine it would be very stressful if I was very low.

It happens. EA chargers usually work better when you initiate charging from the app instead of at the charger. And if you have a subscription and don’t have enough funds preloaded in your EA account, it will fail, refill the preset amount, then work on second or third try. Clumsy.

It happens. EA chargers usually work better when you initiate charging from the app instead of at the charger. And if you have a subscription and don’t have enough funds preloaded in your EA account, it will fail, refill the preset amount, then work on second or third try. Clumsy.
I typically try the EA card in my Apple Wallet first, by scanning the RFID. If that doesn't work then I use the EA App. I've always been able to successfully pay with one of those two methods.

I've had no problems at the Leavenworth charger as recently as two weeks ago. However, I use the app. to initiate charging.
