Any Other Max Pack Pre-Orders Have Estimated Delivery Change to "Processing Estimate" Without Making Any Changes?

I know we are supposed to have all our estimated delivery windows updated "by the end of August" but I haven't made any changes to my configuration in many months and over the weekend my estimated delivery window changed from October - December 2023 to "processing estimate". Did this happen for others who haven't made any configuration changes since the most recent cutoff date? Just wondering if this is part of the update process now (i.e. everybody's estimated delivery window is now "processing estimate") or is this possibly a sign that the Max Pack is going to be pushed into 2024.

I'm a max pack holder too, just checked and mine says processing estimate. I really hope this comes this year, as the bonus depreciation is 80% this year, and only 60% next year. I may have to break down and just go with a quad/large pack.

Same thing for me. Went from delivery estimate for dual, max pack of Oct-Dec 23 to processing. Yesterday, my guide said there would be revised estimates this week.

I also previously had an Oct-Dec delivery window for my dual-motor max pack configuration and now says processing estimate. Fingers crossed for a positive update this week.

I am pretty sure at some point my quad max delivery estimate was fall 2021, its been processing for some time now. ?
They are busy with backlogged R1S production, its going to be a while yet.
They are still unable to share pack size so i am not expecting anything this year, mid 2024 is my guess.

I doubt they ever announce the pack size, the website doesn’t mention it for the large pack either. You’ll get some YouTube tests.

Everything will be in miles with 390/400 revised to be more specific once they have the the EPA numbers.

I agree Rivian needs to provide the EPA numbers before providing the delivery estimates for Max Pack. I wouldn’t want a max pack with marginal improvements to the EPA with dual motor vs quad motor with large pack.

What do you mean the bonus depreciation?

If you are planning on writing off the vehicle as a business expense, you can take an initial 28k, and previously thru bonus depreciation, you could depreciate the rest of the vehicle (ie 100% write off the year of purchase). This year, that bonus depreciation is only 80%, and then the rest has to be written off over a period of years (5). Next year, that amount drops to 60%. I don't want to write it off over many years, I want to write it off this year, with the maximum amount possible.

They will still provide the Max Pack delivery estimates like they always have. They won’t provide the pack size directly.

EPA will be above 400 on 21s and probably below on other tire choices. Rivian has been pretty accurate in the past on their estimations and where EPA comes in.

I doubt we see 425+, the R1S Max Pack being estimated at 390 is too weird of a number for them to be hiding a bunch of extra range.

I have a dual motor max pack reservation and mine shows processing estimate as well.

But I did just receive an email tonight to lock my configuration.
