Hello Everyone,
It was long overdue for me to share my experience so that others can benefit.
Both Rivian and CarMax quoted the exact same price for my Genesis. I was shopping around to get a better deal and came across CarMigo in this forum, so I reached out to them. The whole process was smooth—I signed the paperwork, and they listed my car on their website for 24 hours. It was sold for $3.5K more than the Rivian/CarMax offer.
Once it was sold, it took about a week or more for CarMigo to arrange a mover to pick up my car. I received an ACH transfer notification once the car left my parking lot, minus the CarMigo fee ($350). I received the money thru ACH 2 days after initial notification. After receiving the money, I sent the title using a prepaid FedEx label.
Personally, I would use them again. The only drawback is that it takes 7-10 days to receive the cash.
Thanks @carmigo !!
