Just a PSA for any other Portland people who have changing their configs regularly like I have (in part) because they haven’t been able to see the R1s close up…
I have dropped by the Saint Helens Rd location a couple times and, to a person, every employee that I have talked with has been super friendly and helpful. Earlier this week, they had a number of trucks and I was able to walk around and see about 6 different colors in person. (Solidified my commitment to Forest Green.) When I went there earlier this week, I was even able to take a look inside an R1S that they had on the lot. I don’t think this is something that they do regularly but was fortunate that they happened to have one available that I was able to take a peek at.
All that to say, I just wanted to give a shout-out to the employees that I had the pleasure of interacting with on both visits. Wish I had names but they were all great. Just further reinforces my decision to make my next vehicle a Rivian - one sign of a good company is the hiring of good people.
Feb 2021 reservation holder for R1S, Adventure Pkg. Hoping to be one of the lucky ones be surprised about an early delivery. Won’t be holding my breath but do have?.
