Door trim panel minor gouge help--ugh

I keep my cars pristine. I have no clue how this happened. Not even 1000 miles yet since March 24 delivery. Noticed this on the passenger front door. Only time truck wasn't with me was during a half day pppf install. But that was only in the front so I doubt the front door would be opened. Got a quite from a reputable place for $275 (FIBERNEW PASADENA, and I also sent service some pictures. Anybody know a good place in So. CAL?

Damage from a shoe? I don't remember the last time my wife had heels on.
