Saw that @DJFrerichs spotted this Esker Silver R2 at the Buffalo Grove, IL service center. Good look at Esker Silver under cloudy sky.

Yes indeed! It definitely looked like a light Limestone color in the overcast environment. Has some blue undertone. Definitely considering it over Catalina Cove. I was totally shocked how good it looked in person for being a free color. If they replace LA Silver with this for R1’s it will be absolutely stunning on an R1 too.

that is LA Silver on R1. I believe LA Silver will be replaced with Esker Silver for R1 model year 2027’s

Highly recommend you stop out by a local Sc center to see one in. Person on clear sky & overcast days if you can. Hopefully it’s an SC that does deliveries so you can see a wide range of parked outside awaiting delivery to their new owner. I was blown away how good Esker Silver looks. Photos do not serve justice.

Looks amazing, I was second guessing myself on my order (arrives mid August), can't wait to see it in person!

It isn’t a R2 nor Esker (in referenced post, not original post). And judging by reaction to post, even would-be owners and owners don’t know the difference.
