Hi All,

We have received a custom order for Rivian wheels and just finished engineering it.

The weight of each rim is 25.13 lbs. It is a great achievement without compromising the strength and specs that are needed for Rivian.

Here are drawings of the rim. If you want to order it, we are taking custom orders and a set of 4 at your door will be as low as $2,580.

Lead time is up to 8-10 weeks. We are starting manufacturing this set and if you want to order, we can put it into the same batch and it will save you a couple of weeks of waiting.

Please let us know if you want to order it by sending us an email at [email protected]. We can do almost any color.

Size: 20 inch
Width: 8.5"
Offset: +45

A copper Gloss finish is on the drawings.

Those are sick. I’m amazed how little spoke girth you need these days.

They look so delicate!

Imagine a set of 115 load highway tires (mid 30 lbs) for summer use and I bet the R1 would approach 400 miles in conserve on a large pack.

We proudly employ cutting-edge machinery for testing payload, though our access to advanced methods such as rivaling NJ potholes remains a mystery. While we can't guarantee the accuracy of our equipment compared to those notorious road craters, rest assured, we strive for excellence... and our rims are safe :)

that would be something. I'm on the lightest 116 load tires in general grabber 34 lbs. with the 32 lbs AW09.

How has your range been impacted, if any?

I will do a test after the tires get about 500 miles or more. It is still new and sticky.
However after 250 miles on it, the R1s predicted from 246 miles at 80% charge with my 21" to 249 miles with the new set up.

I know they are AW09, but did you mention what size wheels you are running?
