20-inch [AW01] Fully Forged wheels for Rivian

We just finished engineering of [AW01] for Rivian.

This time is almost OEM specs.

Specs:
20x8.5 +45
2580 lbs / 1170 KG loading index.
27 lbs weight of each rim!

$595/rim
$2,380/set of 4

Fit all years Rivian R1T and R1S

Will be available in:

Satin Black
Satin Bronze
and the new color Titan (we will show rendering later)

Why go all the way to +45 offset, but not all the way to OEM at +48?

3mm of extra poke (at +45) isn't going to make a difference that you'd actually notice, but gives you a little more wiggle room for caliper clearance.

Not every design can fit with +48 offset due to big brakes. You won’t see difference when offset is 48 or 45

Nice looking wheels. If I am switching from my 22in to these 20-inch what would I what to do with recalibration? Should I pick certain tire sizes to get it close to my current setup, so no need to reprogram?

275/60R20 https://tiresize.com/comparison/

This is how you decipher tire size markings. 275 (width in mm). 60 (% of width that is height of sidewall). R20 (diameter of intended wheel in inches). Sidewall height x 2 + wheel diameter = overall diameter of tire. You want to keep your final o/a diameter as close to stock as you can, to mitigate deviation or margin of error in speedometer, odometer, range and navigation calculations.

We have them in Stock for Tesla, will do pictures next to Rivian in a couple of days

You will want to get 275/60/20 tires and they will be almost the same diameter as the wheels you have now, and you won't need calibration at all.

Even if you want to get OEM sized 275/65/20 you don't need calibration. Your Spedometr will be a bit off but everything else will work just fine. Of course, in UI you will see your R1 with 22s.

I personally have 275/65/20 on my R1T that came with 21s and I have never completed recalibration and have zero issues

Our factory is in China. Designers and Engineering team here in Dallas. The processing facility is in Plano TX

Most wheels are manufactured in China these days. Even OE stock wheels from all well-known brands (Rivian, Tesla, BMW...). If you want US made wheels, due to uninformed personal bias and xenophobia, you will not find them at this price. You would be paying much much more (see HRE). And unless TX has seceded from the union, it hasn't, AW is an American business that is "local" to all 50 states.
