Look .... money was taken based on XY & Z correct ? That's a contract that Rivian keeps changing as time goes on. I placed my pre order in 2018 based on X Y and Z and that needs to be upheld IMHO. EMOORE .... what do you have on oreder and when was that placed with RIVIAN ?

Want a bet ? They all will deliver a 400 mile vehicle in 2023. Ford maybe and maybe not but the others will.

Look around at all the EV's coming to market. GM, Ford, Tesla, GMC all are hitting the 400 mile ranges for sale in 2023.

It is their responsibility and issue if you are taking orders with deposits that cannot be honored based on the original projections and locations. BTW what do you have on order and when was that pre order placed ?

Rivian had 5+ years to fix this .... and we are still in the dark with any forward movement other than pushing back dates for delivery which will result in lost sales. Just bad business IMHO.
